the service was just average due to the lack of communication with the staff,on their part.
other than that,my glasses fit well,and they are exactly what i paid for...so,thank you very much.=)

Went in as a walk-in and they helped me right away. Everyone was very nice and helpful!!! The staff is wonderful. The doctor was very patient and nice. Very well.

It was my first time going. It was extremely busy yet I still had great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly employee. I was there for about two hours but everyone was so nice and attentive despite all the chaos that I didn't mind the wait time. I've been having such horrible customer service this past month everywhere else I've gone that it's refreshing to see great customer service. Linden optometry has won me over.

The optometrist was nice enough and efficient, but the floor staff was *terrible*. I told them exactly what I wanted for frames, but not a single sales person could point me toward the right pair (though they were happy to point me toward the $300+ frames). I wandered through their huge selection for more than an hour before I finally found the right pair.

So nice! Discovered a problem noone else had. Great help w glasses, keeping cost dwn.

I have been going for about 4 years because of my insurance that is the only reason.Front desk always seem to busy and want to rush you.You still make a appoitment and you need to wait forabout 15 minutes or longer.My first experience with the doctors was a very bad and rude attidude doctor just told me I am dietabitic so I will be blind soon.The following two years the other doctors told me I had 20/20 vision.It was a odd experiece.I will not go there soon.Girls in the eyewear counters are lazy and not willing to help.

First time at Linden Optometry. Was worth the 15 mile drive for lenses. I just love the huge selection to chose from, because I'm really picky and wanted to have many choices. Was assisted by Dr. Chan - very nice, helpful and professional along with Tom "Optician Supervisor". Many workers to assist and very well managed. Overall, I was satisfied with prices, choices, and professionalism. I highly recommend Linden Optometry to anyone.
