They always see us on time, doctors are very helpful and willing to answer any questions I have, making sure that I am comfortable on shots or procedures they conduct. Highly recommended.

Dr. Garden was amazing as usual! The whole staff is amazing. We were seen in the small animal clinic for my dogs ear infection. They explained everything really well and showed us how to clean my dogs ears and put in the ear drops for her infection. Thank you so much!

like most doctors and vets they overbook appointments so be prepared to wait, even if you show up on time, but I do trust the vets I see there and I am on the whole very satisfied with the care I receive there.

I brought my dog to get groomed. I was a little disappointed. I had a 9am appointment and when I got there that's when I was told the groomer gets there at 10/10:30am. If I was made aware of this when I was making the appointment, I would've scheduled a later appointment. Since it was the first time meeting her, I stayed and waited and hour and a half. Then I was so use to my dog being ready in 3 hours...not this time. She was ready in 6 hours. All I can say is I hope it gets better. Might have to start looking at new places...it sucks because lefferts animal hospital is so convenient
