I had a wonderful experience with Dr.Kraft and his nurse. I did not have to mention to them that I don't like seeing my dogs get their vaccines. The nurse came in the room and took each one of my dogs away, one by one. She told me it is in their charts. I was so pleased that I didn't have to say anything. They read the charts!!
Dr.Kraft explained the medications in detail how to give so I would feel confident.
My dogs loved it too!! No complaints from them.

Dr. Kraft and his team were so wonderful when I brought my new kitten in for his first exam. They were very patient with all my questions, and were incredibly considerate about the comfort of my pet while he received his shots. You can tell that they genuinely care about all their patients, and the pet owners as well! I appreciated the personalized advice I was given in how to care for my pets and some tips on how to make some potential behavioral issues a little more controllable. They have great hours too, and convenient way to book appointments and review your account online. I would highly recommend!

When we take Paris in to see the vets, both of the doctors are very attentive, friendly and give great advice! Paris has been going to LVH her entire 13 year life and we've always been pleased with their services. Also, the additional staff is so great with Paris. I know when we board her, she is always well taken care of and loved!

I cannot praise Dr. Anna enough for her compassion, knowledge & dedication. She takes time to discuss every aspect of your pet's issues and your concerns and you leave the office with a complete understanding of the situation and instructions for home care. All of the staff share those attributes as well and I am always assured my pets will receive excellent care. I have referred people to them who have also been very satisfied and will continue to do so.
