Consistent communication and excellent service at Lakepoint help us maintain safe and dependable transportation. Rob always advises us about upcoming regular maintenance-critical, since our vehicles are older and high mileage, ranging from 1988 (318,000 miles) to the newest, 2006 (115,000 miles).

Visited for the first time to get my Ford F-150 inspected on 7/14. I have to say the staff was very pleasant and courteous. The service was quick and the prices very reasonable. I definitely will be coming here for any vehicle repairs.

Rob was courteous. I needed my brakes and brake light checked. They drove me home. Rob called later and told me it was just my back brakes. They fixed them, called me when they were down, and then came and picked me up. The price was reasonable.

They always take good care of my car but I can't understand why an oil change is $40.00 when other places charge only $20.00 or so. I will continue to use them for major repairs but I'll seek out less expensive alternatives for an oil change.

I would like to talk to you about the price. We never charge more than $36 for an oil change and filter unless it takes a special filter or it's synthetic oil. Thank you! Ginny
