The best service anywhere! All employees are super friendly and competent and Dr. Rosencrans and Dr. Levine are outstanding in their petside manner helping calm down anxious four-legged patients and their families! I drive 40 miles to see them and wouldn't consider going to any other animal hospital! Thank you Laguna Beach Animal Hospital for all your knowledge, love and concern.

Wonderful experience. Bringing your sick baby to the vet is never a 'fun' experience, but it's a relief to know your baby is in good hands with people who really care.
First off we were greeted by Alex at the front desk with a kind smile, and friendly conversation. Then we were checked in by Roger who got all the basic information about what the situation was with our kitty. He was very through in his questioning, and gentle with our kitty.
Dr Cathy Nguyen saw him, and she was soo good and gentle with him as always. She even worked with him in his cat bed so he would be more comfortable! She clearly walked us through her recommendations for treatment, and answered our questions throughly.
After reviewing our estimate for treatment we had a few more questions, and Maggie the office manager came in to review them with us. With our questions quickly answered she took our kitty to the back for treatment in his blanket to keep him comfortable.
The staff quickly got our kitty's treatments done, got our meds and our bill ready, and we were ready to be on our way before we knew it! Even better? Only 12 hours later our kitty was clearly already feeling better and on his way to recovery.
