Simply fantastic.

As a college student, I hadn't been to Katsu in several months. I came in to get my hair cut only to find a note waiting on the table in front of my chair thanking me for my return business!

Received an excellent haircut, as always. I'm a male with difficult hair (dense, grows straight forward, 3 cowlicks on the top of my head), and Katsu is thus far the only stylist to consistently make it look great.

Straight and fine-hair people, if you want your hair to be destroyed by Maria, please do come by. She's a sweet person but it doesn't mean she knows how to cut this type of hair. My whole head looks like a jelly fish after she "layered" my hair. I have tried to reach out to her to get it fixed; all I got back was her silence. It was embarrassing to wear it around for a week and I had to go to a different hair salon to get it fixed. 100% not coming back.
