Excellent salon in all respects - always clean and tidy, friendly, attentive front desk staff who know their customers, easy to deal with by telephone. Donna is an exceptional stylist who listens, does great cuts on my very fine hair and I have had many compliments over the years on how great it looks..

My experience in the salon was good but the hair cut was not even close to what I asked for. I should of stopped the stylist but didn't want to be rude. We looked at the picture probably 8-10 times through my haircut but it is not even close. Luckily it is hair and will grow back though my hair was to my mid back before the cut and now tapered to my neck and less than finger length now. My stylist was very nice and the cut is good just not what I asked for but she was very inexperienced and very nervous.

Way too expensive paid 92.00 for a cut, with tip ended up spending 106.00 for pretty much a trim.
Will never go back. Just about floored me when I had to pay, never in my life would I ever though
I would spend 100.00 on a trim. Beautiful place friendly staff, but wayyyyyyyyyyyyy over priced
for the service.

I have been getting my hair styled by Britt for a LONG time. I keep coming back to Britt because she is consistent and amazingly skilled. She is also a really fun person to chat with which is important when your spending 30+ minutes with someone. See you in 6 weeks Britt!

I started going to Karma Salon mostly because the location was convenient for me and I keep going back because I like my haircuts and everyone I have met there is professional, friendly and welcoming.
