So thankful for the men at this garage and their hours. The service is always prompt and excellent and always are careful to find out what's wrong and fix it to keep me safe. You all Rock. I definitely recommend you to my friends.

I have been taking my vehicle to Rich and Sam for years...I do this mainly because of two factors;
1) they do excellent work and continue to keep my car in top shape and,
2) I trust them
I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and others that are in need of service/repair.

Had check engine light fixed in March due to a failed emissions. Light came back on again for same service code at end of October, took the car back in and it was supposedly fix along with a second code that came up (which cost me $110). Drove the car two blocks, the check engine light came back on again for the same service code that caused it to fail emissions testing in March but the car was running very smooth. Drive the car back two blocks to the shop and was told it would be about $500 or more to have it fixed but since I was planning on getting rid of it in Feb 2016 that I shouldn't bother fixing it because the eg valve wouldn't affect how the car ran but the check engine light would stay on. So I said fine just leave it, it's an old car but it's running smooth (all the car on this car except what's in this review has been done by the same person/shop) and otherwise there's nothing wrong with it. So I pulled out of the shop and my car was no longer running smooth, as a matter of fact it died 3 different times on my way home. So instead of going back to the shop, I drove it to the nearest Honda dealer and bought a new 2016 Honda. That's how my experience was - I lost $110 dollar and ended up with a car that was fine but then wasn't.

Was told my repairs would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 115 and was out at 300. I love when appointments and times are accurate.
