I have been very impressed with the service and professionalism I have received at John's Automotive after purchasing a great value on a used car over a year ago and shopping and comparing work that needed to be done on the vehicle. Other shops were so vague and could not give me any details or an estimate on what needed to be done. I was referred to John's by my brother and have been more than satisfied with service and pricing. I purchased a Car Care Club Card on the first visit that paid for itself on the first encounter that includes a courtesy car to use during service appointments, and I now have free oil changes and services left which will be at no charge in the future. As a single woman, I no longer feel like every mechanic in the area I encounter sees me coming and will take advantage of the situation. The shop and office are immaculate and they keep me posted on appointments and when work will be done, and are always right on the money on charges beforehand. Definitely have recommended John's and will again.
