Dr. Melcher is the sweetest person ever and is so compassionate and is so very thorough with my puppies. She always explains everything so well too. Also Shelly is so friendly and helpful too! I love JVAH!

Best bet I’ve ever been to. They answer all my questions and are always there to help me when I need it or have questions! This past visit my dog had a UTI, I was freaking out (she was peeing blood) they told me what it probably was and that I just needed to get her in ASAP. They sent us home with a script so it would be cheaper for us!!

The staff at Jersey Village Animal Hospital genuinely care about pets. I love how they take the time to explain the treatment plan and offer options to work within my budget. I will never be taking my animals anywhere else but here.

The doctor is very nice and communicates well with you as to what’s wrong with your animal
I would like the doors to open back up for dog owners to go in with the animals. All other Vets have allowed you in. But my dog loved the ladies that came out to grab her from the car.
