The staff and Dr were nothing but excellent it was almost like going to a spa then a dentist. Would definitely recommend Jackson Dental to people.

I had a crown done in 2015 by Dr. Jackson and I am coming back 7 years later to do this review because I am still so pleased with it. It was my first major dental procedure and I really didn't know anything about crowns but I have been complimented on it by literally every dentist I have visited since (even in Japan!) to the point where they want his info. I have never had an issue with it and you can't even tell it's there unless I point it out (and I can only tell because it is the one that stays extra white). Thank you so much for your great work!!!

The prime reason I chose this establishment is because they use the Cerec system. Since I needed crowns, this single visit approach is convenient and works very well with me. I also chose this establishment because they have early morning and evening hours on certain days. It would be nice if they were open on Saturday's. It took almost 20 minutes to leave the parking garage following my cleaning last Friday evening. I don't like the idea that it was suggested that I have my retainer removed and it would cost $75 dollars to remove it after I spent so much money (almost 3K). My other dentist would most likely not charged me to remove it. The hygienist really pushed hard for the fluoride treatment. I finally agreed after several of her attempts to persuade me. I have heard that this treatment is not really needed. Because we get enough fluoride from our water and toothpaste.

Sharp office, friendly staff, very accommodating considering no one actually enjoys going to the dentist. Incredibly convenient to set up new patient status and great information made handy re: parking, location, etc to make first experience seamless.

I am an anxious dental patient and Ebony, the dental assistant, and Dr. Sheffield made sure I was comfortable and new the entire procedure before starting. They were so kind and I love the feeling that they genuinely care about you.

Jackson Dental is easily the best dentist office I have ever been to. Dr. Jackson is outgoing, funny and truly cares about his patients. Every single member of his staff is always friendly and easy to talk with, which is monumental in an environment where many patients may be uncomfortable. It's not easy running a quality business, no matter what industry, but Dr. Jackson and his staff truly care about their image and reputation. I haven't met one person that has ever said a bad thing about Jackson Dental. I was referred to them by a friend, and I will continue to refer all my friends. Thanks Dr. Jackson and staff!
