Our air condition went out completely and we called another service at first to come out. The other company said we needed three different parts, but when Jackson came out, we only needed one thing fixed. They fixed it and our air has been working perfectly. The last time we called Jackson Heating & Air, we had a leak in the line releasing freon. They came out and fixed this problem and we have not had any problems for about three years. From here on out, I will only call Jackson Heating & Cooling. They are fair in their pricing and their work is excellent!

The technician was knowledgeable in craft and diagnosis of problem. Flat rate billing for a procedure that is variable in time and difficulty is not right. I understand service call fees but 210 dollars for five minutes of "labor" and a part that is only 30 bucks max is a little outrageous. Overall unhappy customer even though 20 dollars was discounted; that's pissing in the wind to the certain circumstances.

Im sorry that you were dis-satisfied with the price of your repair- should the diagnosis have taken longer - you would have paid the same amount- and in this instance- if we seperated and billed trip fee, labor and part it would have come up to the same charge. Sometimes we come out ahead due to experience and training in that we know where to start looking for the problem. Not all problems are as easy to fix and repair and we are not 'ahead' on those instances. If you checked around with other local contractors you will find that our prices are more often less expensive than our competitors. We stand behind our work and our prices and we guarantee the repair. Im sure you realize a lot goes into to pricing such as vehicle expense, gas, liability and workers compensation insurance, and lots of small business taxes that make it difficult to keep a small business running these days. I do hope you will give us another opportunity to show you that we appreciate your business, Also maintenace agreement customers get a 10% discount on all services when we maintain their equipment on a regular basis. Jackson Heating and Air was very professional and well knowledge in their work. Would recommend your service over all others in Jackson, ga.

I'm a tad disappointed. Unit was supposedly under installation warranty. In addition to a 'trip charge' there was an additional charge for a 'leak check.' Leaks could not be found. Under warranty, I was charged for the addition of coolant. I'm not too sure about the integrity of this company's billing practices nor its 'warranty' of installed equipment.

I am sorry that you are a tad disappointed. But I have pulled the history on the home, and the indoor coil was not replaced within the last 3 years and we certainly wouldn't have advised that on a unit that old. We replaced the outdoor unit for Mr. Weeter last year and tried our best to get him to replace the whole system because of the age and condition of the indoor - but he would not. That was not our call- it was his choice- a poor one I admit but non the less- his call. Every thing you were billed was more than fair-- ONLY $20.00 for a leak check is unheard of-- please call around and see for yourself- R22 is being phased out (another reason we advised Mr Weeter to replace the whole system) and it is very costly. You bill is more than fair. If there is anything we can do to help yo in the future, we are here. We are honest and we stand behind our prices and our work.

My husband & I highly recommend Jackson Heating & Cooling. We have never been disappointed with their work, timely arrival, quick service, etc. They are honest & dependable. They have serviced our personal home, rental home & business location, as well as my mother's home, for at least 15 years.
