I just wanted to take the time to tell you how much we enjoy our service rep-Greg . He is great and really enjoys his job. He had been out a lot recently to help us with our units. He is always nice and very pleasant!!! He takes his time and always answers our questions. People always take the time to complain, but not so much to give a compliment. they replaced gas valve on furnace
wish they replaced thermo coupler when they had furnace apart it went out the next day

The promptness of your service representataive was so appreciated as I had no heat. The problem was diagnosed and new part installed along with 2 additional requests I made and this was done in a very timely manner. The representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend Jackson Heating and Cooling to anyone.

Their installation was very professional, the installers were very courteous, and they made sure to pick up any and all materials before they left. The new thermostat controls were carefully explained to me, and they were able to answer all my questions.

They were very quick to come out to service my unit. Thanks to Jackson heating and air I didn't have to pay expensive repair bills they found my service contract and had to replace my motor at no cost. Thanks for to the friendly service and dedicated employees for working extra hours in the heat , I now have air back up and running.

Response after calling in the problem was very quick, less than 3 hours.
Very friendly, very helpful service tech.
The problem was diagnosed and correct very quickly and thoroughly.
