Dr Nguyen saw me instead of Dr Ikeda, who had some delay in the morning. I was seen on time even though I was an add on technically. Joey as usual was awesome and great to see Jen too.
I usually make my payments when I check in and then asked to make a payment when I check out which is the only thing to mention.

I took my parents to Dr. K Kim for dental implants. My dad had some serious issues due to some bad work previously done and my mom had been suffering for years with dentures. Dr. K Kim totally changed their lives for the better. She completely rebuilt not only their mouths, but their confidence and they smiles. The work was fantastic and the whole experience was pleasant. Dr. K Kim and her crew really know what they are doing.

The idea of implants scared me at first. Now that I have done it I know it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. It has been about a few years since I have had them done and there has been absolutely no problems. My overall health has improved. I can eat whatever I want, and my smile is perfect! Dr. kim is like no other person I have met. She is professional beyond words and at the same time the most kind. Never once was I made to feel embarrassed, or judged by how bad my teeth looked. The whole staff is fabulous! I took a leap of faith and trusted ismile office and Dr. kim to create a life changing experience for me. I am so pleased with the results and I am blown away by the fact that it was absolutely painless!
I definitely recommend ismile office and Dr. kim to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Dr. Kimberly Kim is the best dentist among all the dentists I have seen the last 35 years! And I had lots of work done on my teeth. I have seen several general dentists, periodontist and prosthodontist. I went to her office after reading an add in the paper and decided to consult with her based on her listed qualification and certifications. She treated two of my teeth and placed two implants. She worked so effortless and the procedure seem so much less painful and aesthetically prettier. Prior to this I had already 4 implants from another doctor, that not only were very expensive, were also not as natural looking as the one placed by Dr. Kim. Dr. Kimberly. Kim is a highly skilled, competent, certified DDS MSD PHD professional on top of also being very friendly and very pleasant person to be around.! She also has a new expanded, very pleasant, and efficient office now with several other dental professionals.

I would certainly recommend the services of Dr. Kim. She is very ethical, experienced and really creative when it comes to the treatment plan. She would do her best to avoid the unnecessary procedures. Her prices are very reasonable. Her personal qualities are genuine and she is very easy to talk to.
