Was scolded for wanting to look at the frames by myself. The assistant decided that I will buy a new pair similar to.what I have and there is no need for me to look at other frames. When I said I didn't like brown I was told that they carry all colors and that I can have the same but in black (never i was asked which color or shape i wanted. I walked out empty handed and as blind as before.
