A return to Indulge brought only the most pleasant of experiences, Everything was first class and stylist Mollie was excellent. Already booked my son for a haircut upon return for spring break.

Megan has been cutting my hair for the last year. She takes her time with the customer, first asking what hair style is preferred. During the washing phase, she massages my head for a few minutes. She takes her time with the cutting process and when complete, always asked if I am satisfied. Megan is very friendly and converses during the process. I highly recommend Megan as a stylist at Indulge.

My massage therapist was very professional and did a fabulous job. I felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated! We will certainly consider returning to Indulge Spa the next time we visit St, Augustine!

Indulge has a relaxing environment. The salon allows me to step away from the hustle and bustle of my world and truly indulge in a moment of peacefulness. My hair stylist, Meghan Montgomery is the best with hair color and styling.

I am not happy with the out come of my hair. My original hair is brown. When I came in to Indulge my hair had been colored blonde and was growing out. I wanted to go to a darker red. I liked it when it was first done and had explained I did not want the blonde to off set the red and make my hair pink so we added more brown. After 3 weeks the red has almost washed out of my hair and the top is red and the bottom of my hair (where my ends were blonde) are now pink. It looks Awful. I'll be going to get my hair done again but I don't think I will be going to Indulge, if I wanted color to wash out of my hair, I wouldn't go and have it professionally colored, I would just use box color.

I am sorry to learn about your experience. It is hard to predict how color will behave when we put red on blonde. Red does tend to wash out under certain conditions and depending on products used in terms of shampoo, styling products or your lifestyle.
When anything like this happens, we take note and ensure to modify the formula and propose further options to make sure that the color stays as long as it should, but again, blonde tends to show through after a few weeks. It usually takes a few times to apply color over blonde for it to stop showing through, which may create more of a pink look.
We stand behind the quality of services, I would love to discuss with you options to get you back in here and have you love your hair, because we do good work here and when we don't meet expectations, we ensure that we take the steps necessary to correct that.
I invite you to give me a call (Nina Stelfox/owner) and discuss with me some options for your service next time.
Again, sorry you don't love your hair. As you agree, it did look great (I am a witness) when you left the salon. I hope you reconsider and let us do better, remember sometimes it takes a couple of applications before the red deposits completely into your hair. A color lock serum upgrade is also an option especially for reds.
Last, but not least, there are other stylists here that you may want to consider if you prefer trying someone else. Indulge is not made by one stylist. It is made by a group of professionals to take very seriously the quality of their work.

I am new to the area and have been looking for a great hair salon with no luck. Indulge was a pleasant surprise! This is a beautiful salon, very clean and very relaxing. My stylist did exactly what i wanted. It is also a spa, so i can get my facials, massages and nails done all at the same place. I cant wait to try their other services.
