Hayley was very pleasant & helpful in trying to match a nail polish color I brought from home. We thought we found one, but after putting it in, it was nothing like what we expected. Haylee offered to remove it & start over with something different which I greatly appreciated but declined. I thought that offer was above & beyond my expectations but demonstrated her excellent customer service skills.

It was a pleasure to have Sonya cut, color & style my hair. She does an excellent job, and gives great advice on treatment, coloring and recommends great products. Also Mckinsie that washed my hair I rate her as one of the best, she did an excellent job and is very personable. They go above and beyond for their customers !!!!
