Enjoyed getting perm, but I was disappointed about 2 things.
1. I had 2 gift cards, $50 each for 2 facials. I had called a few weeks ago about using gift cards for other things. I was told yes, that refunds were not given. So I made appt thinking I could get a perm using my gift cards. After getting perm. Went to pay with gift cards, was told they were only worth $50 for both not $50 each as card said. I was informed they were a special buy one get one free. Since I didn't buy them, I did not know this. I received them as a Christmas gift, I also bought a product suggested by the hair stylist, which I like, but would have not bought knowing I would have to pay more even with the gift cards. I think it was more of miscommunication on how the gift cards could be used, otherwise I would have done the facials per gift cards.
Maybe when you sell specials again , need to be specific on the cards how they can be used.
2. I was not real happy with the perm, the back had tighter curls that looked great. The sides & top seem to be more loose wave or body perm. I wanted fairly tight curls on the side. I wanted to be able to wash hair, put curl gel on it & let dry on its own. I don't know if there is anyway to get more curls on the top & sides or not. Let me know.

Diana always makes sure I walk out of the salon as happy a single possible with my hair. She is incredibly talented at what she does. I am picky about who does my hair and can say that as long as Diana is around, she'll be the only one who does it!

Haylee is always energetic and friendly. She remembers little things that you talked about the last time. She did our little girls hair, she's 9 and took the time to explain to her how to fix it. She took the time and went in to detail with our little one, instead of just telling us, she directed it toward her. We love coming and will return in 6 weeks.

I had to wait almost 15 minutes past my appointment time for my stylist. Not a great way to start. Color was great, and service once they got to me was good.
