GREAT place to build a custom PC (or repair one!). They ask questions to make sure they are building the product you need, and are terrific in assisting in set-up, to include making sure all the home configurations are correct, copying over files, bookmarks, etc.
They definitely remember their customers (a big plus!), and know their own work (another plus!). They're honest with you with regard to what you can do if you want to save money, and don't always recommend the most expensive things to you.
Superior service, great knowledge, great staff. They deliver the work to you within the time frame promised, and are worth what they charge.
We've had one computer built with them (that they fixed a few times due to some damage during an office move!), and have every intent to come to them again to custom build a laptop, and have recommended them to co-workers.

These guys are super! I had them build a custom machine, and rather than blindly do one according to my specs, they asked how I was going to use it, and built a machine that would closely match my use. Then, when I had some other minor issues, they offered me a choice between full repairs, or temporary solutions.
