My overall experience at Highland Eye Care was good. I am very impressed with Dr. Snyder.
My one negative comment is that the assistant/technician that was there when I arrived was not friendly. She was cold and abrupt. There was no "receptionist". She did the preliminary eye test and health history review. She certainly did not make me feel comfortable or ease my nervousness. ALL staff should be trained in how to make a patient feel comfortable and welcome.
