Very little diagnosis .Appeared that the treatment was a very common one. Didn't pay much attention to the details of my problem.

So far I've gotten little results. I just had my last appointment yesterday which is when when I finally started to see some results. I will be continuing with my visits to see how it progresses. As for the staff, I love them! They're all so courteous and friendly. They always make me laugh. Even the Dr! Dr. Shih is great! Thank you to them all!

The staff, including Dr. Shih did not introduce themselves. In the exam room: The bio hazard container was full of used syringes; Dr. Shih entered the room with six or more syringes in the pocket of his scrubs; and, Dr. Shih did not wash his hands has either before or after the exam.
The exam itself was well done and Dr. Shih patiently answered all my questions.
