I usually love this place; however, I didn't appreciate getting treated like I was beneath the person cutting my hair when I was trying to explain what I was wanting. I was interrupted more than once while trying to explain. I apologized trying to explain how I feel I make her mad when I try to explain, but I was so uncomfortable the entire time. I was not pleased. There is no reason a stylist should not even smile when you're in there, and make people feel like you're a nuisance. Is she even a happy person? Everyone in there seems so happy and in a good mood besides her. Do they not see this? I've gone since 2017 and I'm done. And yes, I tip well.

This salon is amazing! Staff is super friendly and welcoming yet professional. Very clean environment! I feel very pampered every time I visit.
I had a very bad salon experience at another salon before I came here. The color and health of my hair was very poor. Candi was very open and talked to me about my options and expectations. She not only improved the quality of my hair but gave me color that I love! I can not say enough good things about this place! Definitely would recommend.

My sister referred me to Candi after my usual place did a nightmare of an experience over a few days.
CANDI DID AN AMAZING JOB, she was able to salvage my desired haircut and fix someone elses mistake. Was patient and kind. She did make me feel bad for my lack of knowledge or experience in the haircare world and I will definitely be coming back to her in the future and recommending her and Haute salon.
