We will not likely return. We have been going here for several years and have had Dr Les and very happy with his work.
This time we had a vet we had not had before. Her prognosis was we had a very sick cat and at one point she said we may be putting our cat down in 12-24 hours as she was convinced our cat was that sick.
One sleepless night, many tests, 6 hours at the animal hospital, an ultrasound and $1500 later we find all tests are negative and probably just had a cat that got sick for a couple days.
The vet needs a better bedside manner like Dr Les has. She may disagree with what I have written but we both felt the same way. That we could lose our cat because she was so sick.
Even though we both were not impressed with the vet and didn't believe the vet we also would have hated to wait it out and be wrong. So although we would have spent $1500 in a different way, we are happy knowing we don't have to put our cat down as predicted
This veterinarian needs to improve her delivery of her prognosis
And unfortunately if Dr Les is not available we will never return.

As per our many visits over the years, our 12 year old Westie has been treated with excellent care Any services given are fully described - no pressure is given for recommended treatments/services. I am very happy with the cost of services, specially now with our Senior discount! Keep up the good work.

The appointment for Teeko's yearly check-up/immunization recently, went really well. He hates shots but Dr. Robertson is very gentle and patient with him. We think she is a wonderful Doctor ! She is very knowledgeable and I value her expertise! The front end staff are all very sweet. His dog food (2 bags/10 tins) was even carried out to my van. This service was greatly appreciated since I have back problems ( recently had surgery) I highly recommend Harvest Hills Animal Hospital. Teeko has been a patient since 2010 now.

Harvest Hills has been our family vet for a couple of years now, and every single experience has been positive. Dr. Morris is very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer any and all questions we have. Takes her time and is very thorough.
