My experience was so easy. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. My cleaning included a warm wax hand miosturizer! I get a little anxious at the dentist , communicated this , Dr Bird was very understanding and offered a bit of "nitrus", head phones with my choice of music,and shades. I really appreciated this. It made the dentist experience quite nice actually.

Quick and painless with lots of perks like a vibrating chair, aromatherapy, paraffin wax treatment, music, lip gloss, and a goody bag. Plus they validate parking!

Great appt. Time that enabled me to not miss work. Dr. Bird was very thorough and explained and answered all my questions. His assistant Keara did the same! I got a follow up appt the next day!! The atmosphere of the office is so nice and relaxing. Good aromas, too.... And they even have me a hand softening treatment. Most of all, I was impressed with the urgency to correct prior dental inadequcies, and the care and time put into that.
The staff all seemed to enjoy their work and thats a great sign of a quality business. I definitely wOuld recommend it to anyone. :)

The dental hygienist was great. She helps make up for the loss of Cam and is better than the other ones who have assisted me since Cam left.
The dentist was nice, although I felt extremely uncomfortable with how hard he pressed on the top of my teeth to check for cavities. Especially now that he has the camera tool, I do not see why such an uncomfortable move is necessary.

Truly enjoyable visit. Doctor and staff are very attentive to your needs. Very professional and I look forward to visiting them in the near future. Yes, I will enjoy going to the "dentist"! The office and patient area's are very warm and inviting. Makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed.
I would recommend anyone looking for a great "dental" experience to check these guy's out.

I didn't have to wait too long and was offered a paraffin hand wax treatment while she cleaned my teeth. The massage pillow on the dental chair is an AWESOME idea!

My latest appointment was better than my last appointment where I was kept waiting for 35 minutes in the chair before my cleaning began. Although service was better this time I'm still considering changing my provider....
