I'm not aware of many people who enjoy having dental work, but going to Dr. Bird and the crew at Green Apple is always a pleasant experience. I continuously feel that the staff is concerned with how I'm doing and my comfort. I no longer dread the dentist office.

Wasn't overly pleased with my experience this time. I saw a different dentist (as I do every time I come here and I'm starting to notice I don't like it... I wish when I scheduled an appointment they'd at least attempt to have me see the same person as the previous time but for what ever reason they don't). The dentist I saw this time wasted my time by taking a personal call while I was sitting in the chair waiting, which was slightly aggravating since I needed to get back to work. Also while he was doing his work he rambled on and on about things that I couldn't even understand or hear because he had a loud machine in my mouth to clean my teeth! I guess I'll go back here in 6 months for the convenience factor (my job is near their office) but I might start shopping around for a new dentist office.

Half dentist, half spa, and both halves are covered on my insurance! My hygienist, Anna, was fantastic, and since your hygienist is responsible for about 90% of your experience, that's all I need to say.

I have been going here for years and has only had one bad experience but it wasn't enough to make me want to leave. Often I see new dentists. The team that worked on me this time had a poor bedside manner, talking of personal things and also making it obvious they do not like working there. The dentist was also not gentle and tried to convince me I was experiencing pressure not pain. I know the difference. Why would I want to come back to a place like this? I'll be looking for a new provider.

I have a lot of dental problems but the people at Green Apple have made them a lot easier to deal with. They always do an excellent job of cleaning. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. My options are always explained clearly and I've never felt pressured to have any work done that I did not want to do. I've moved a little farther away from their office now, and though I have many closer dentists I could go to, I always choose to come back here!

While the staff continues to change, my appointment was on time and I received great care from a good team. I do wonder why there's a different dentist everytime I'm in there, though. Why does no one stay?

I never thought I would say this about a dentist, but I Love my dentist! Everyone at Green Apple Dental acts in a professional and sincerely friendly manner. The expertise and level of care within this office instills confidence that my family is well taken care of. They listen to their patients and treat us with respect and gentle guidance. I would recommend this office to anyone seeking a competent and comforting health care provider.
