My trust and appreciation for the dental care provided by Dr Layson and her team Is immeasurable. As a veteran utilizing Care Choice for my dental services, the office has accommodated, an often less than timely, claims unit when awaiting payments for service completion . The office staff has tirelessly waited on the VA phone lines, expertly navigating the maze-like IVR systems to get referrals for my care. Not once have I felt unappreciated nor have they refused to continually provide excellent customer service in-spite of the many frustrating road blocks which the VA Health systems operates.
My need for reconstruction on my top 4 front teeth, due to a previous dental cosmetic procedure by a different dentist, that was to be simple veneers on my 2 front teeth, have been repaired with knowledge and diligence by this team of superwoman. Thank You Ladies!!!!
