I have been going to GSY since 2009. The studio has great energy; both staff and instructors have always been friendly and helpful. GSY is generous and has plenty of mats and hand towels to lend out to students. The recent addition of cold eucalyptus towels at the end of class is also a nice touch. I also like that they have many classes to choose from to suit whatever schedule you have. The only complaint I would have is that certain classes do get a lot more packed than any other studios I’ve been to. I guess that shows how popular GSY is. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for hot yoga classes.

I love GSY. The community is such family. The classes are powerful, different, and exciting. Every teacher has his/her own style. I look forward to coming to GSY.

The environment at Garden State Yoga is great - it's happy and friendly, but with a heavy dose of challenge in their programs. Most importantly, they've created a community where like-minded people can further their personal goals, whether they're spiritual or physical - or both. Plus, it's just fun.

I have to say that I think Garden State Yoga is a wonderful place to do yoga. From the amazing mixture of teachers that enable anyone for whatever reason they come to the mat to experience the healing power of yoga to the supportive environment that the students and teachers provide, Garden State Yoga has been a great place to set down my yogic roots if you will. I encourage anyone who is interested in hot vinyasa yoga to try garden state yoga you will not be sorry you did.

Took the Hot Yoga Basics class in Glen Rock studio. So glad I did. Clean studio, good vibe, was well received. Great experience, will return!
