I wasn't sure what to expect when I took my first class. I had tried out another studio in town and wasn't too impressed but I didn't want to give up on hot yoga and all of its great benefits. I was really excited when this studio opened- I was hoping for a better experience and I definitely got one. The classes are not broken out into different levels - which I prefer. As a beginner I appreciate watching the more advanced students in class to help me through some of the more complicated poses. Also, I've taken three classes here so far with three different instructors and they were all very patient and helped me through the class without making me feel inadequate. I also very much appreciate the changing area and the showers provided to the students. Best part is that the studio is on the 5th floor with lots of sunshine rather than a basement with no windows!

Love the teachers & the classes at Glen Rock, so many are offered at various many times to give plenty of opportunity to take class.
Sometimes I find it too hot and would like to see some none heated classes offered. Just can't do HOT 7 days a week. I have loved all the workshops & would like to see more offered.
Ben is my most favorite teacher & Denise as well. I love their dharma talk and authenticity.
I think the cost savings offered with promotionals is great, its helped me to continue taking class during lean financial times.
GSY is a first rate studio & I really appreciate all you do!!! I'm always bringing new people to encourage them to experience it!

I went there for the first time yesterday and the instructor was just okay. She was a bit fast on telling the students on the pose. The class was way too advance for anyone who is just starting to practice yoga. The studio was okay. There was no mirror in the studio and hard for me to see if I was posing correctly.

Facility is clean, the instructors are wonderful. Loved the classes. Tried the beginners class last night; teacher was fabulous and the heat really helped me to stretch beyond. Feel comfortable with the speed, going at my own pace. The first class I went to "I tried to get it right," but found that doesn't work, and keeps me from being present. Love going within doing the practice-it feels like being at home.

I absolutely love Garden State Yoga, it has been the best investment in myself I have made to date. There are so many classes and so many wonderful instructors that there is a place for everyone. The best part about the studio is the sense of community. Every class feels like a room full of like minded people who are supporting you every step of your journey.

Great studio & great classes w great instructors , I really enjoy the classes with Kevin Ran . I have posted all my yoga pics on FB & quite a few oif my friends are interested, so hopefully they will be joining.
