We told them twice what the issue was, the woman that we spoke to did not write it down or pass it on. They wasted time trying to find the problem when instead they could have checked out the issue we reported the first time.

I wish the mechanic would have called me to inform me of the all wheel drive being disabled. Had I known that I would have liked to have it fixed. The mechanic said the light was on but it was not on upon entering the property and then he proceeded to share a story about another vehicle being hit on the property and said it was the fault of the shop owners - I don't know what that story has to do with the all wheel drive being disabled(?).
