I was one that brought my dog to you for the first time and she got kennel cough from your place and that's what my vet said she had kennel cough and after a 117 dollars later she is starting to feel better and I came in just to mention it to one of you I don't know who it was but she made me feel like it was my fault my dog was at another groomer prior to this and never got it. So I will not be back to your place again to have her groomed

Was your dog vaccinated for Kennel cough prior to your visit?

There is an upper respiratory virus going around that could be mistaken for Kennel cough. We've seen a few with this and treated with antibiotic successfully within a few days.
