As always FLV was very helpful and considerate of my pets needs. With little notice they were able to help my dog Arlo with his upset tummy.

I waited 25 minutes past my apt to see the doctor with 2 very nervous pups. Then after an examination and vaccines I was informed one of my dogs needed teeth extraction and a cleaning which I anticipated since she is a senior dog. What I didn't anticipate was the quote of over $2000. I got in touch with a vet outside of the city and the cost was about half. No more city vets for me.

The staff here are always amazing. They're kind and helpful and my pup is always happy to be there. It might have something to do with all the love and treats he gets, but they are all wonderful. We've been coming here for almost 7 years.

The staff is very friendly, they always answer my questions and concerns fully. Clean facility, very calming atmosphere. My kitty was taken care by a very friendly doctor each time I brought her in. I know my kitty is in excellent hands when I bring her in.
