I am always pleased with the Great Service. I was REALLY happy when i found out it was only going to cost me 260$ (quote) for my repair. I was thinking it would be more like 500 - 600$. So i was very happy to hear that. BUT when i looked at my charges it said i had been charged 470, i called and they were happy to explain what had made it go up in price but i was bummed that my quote was NOT my charge. I dont think its right. i will be sure to get my final quote (?) before i run a charge.

I will continue to bring my car here because i have faith in the honesty of technicians and customer service people at the business.

Referred to Folson Auto Center by my neighbors for their honest business practices and resonalbe prices...my intital experience.. confirmed my neighbors reccomendations. My problem was minor and didn't require any substantial repair work, but was done quickly and affordably... would not hesitate to return.

These guys run a good shop and don't try to over sell you on repairs.

Another great job performed by these guys. I took my wagon in to get my brakes replaced after Quality Tuneup told me that my brake linings were worn and needed replacement as soon as possible. Turned out QT was lying and I had 80 percent of my brake linings. I did have my brake fluid changed, old wheel cylinders replaced, and a busted windshield wiper motor replaced and some broken bushings replaced. Now I feel a lot easier about driving my 30 year old wagon.
