Words cannot describe how great the entire staff at F.V.L.treats all their clients.Driving 30 plus miles each way to have my boy (7 yr. old yellow lab) treated so beautifully,professionally and lovingly is so wonderful to look forward to and enjoying the results of each visit. God has truly blessed me with them !

Care is top-notch. Facility is clean. Staff is courteous and professional.
However, I have never waited less than 30 minutes to see the Doc. An hour wait isn't unusual. Then I get angry, and that is not the state of mind I want to be in when the Doc sees my dog.
I've spent considerable time observing how your practice operates from the waiting area. Keeping appointment times is not a priority for you - and it should be.
One day the wait will be too long, and then I'll be gone.

As always, I had a constructive and informative visit with Dr. Kennedy. She examined a cat I adopted yesterday, and we talked about dealing with the anxiety problem in a dog I hope to adopt shortly.

I am so happy with this vet! From the front desk to the surgeons, every interaction I have had with FVL has been a wonderful one.
Yesterday Ann/Anna (so sorry I forgot) actually called a groomer for me to get the required papers faxed over to them so my stinky beagle could get groomed.
A+ service
I only hope that all the business this review will drum up for them won't hurt the amazing service they have been able to provide thus far.
