Very prompt attention for an emergency call. Dr Nazareth gave a detailed and thorough assessment of the injury and treatment. His explanation was easy for a lay person to understand. Our tech Courtney was friendly and competent. You could tell she loves animals. Thank you for your help.

Dr. Nancy is the greatest. She answers all questions and makes reasonable and good suggestions. She cares for animals and it shows. The staff is polite, professional and caring. The facility is clean and runs efficiently. I highly recommend FVL.

Less pleasant experience this last visit dropping off a urine specimen usually just wait in line and am waited on when I reach the counter. This time waited in line behind 2 people when I reached the counter was told I needed to sign in on the appointment sheet . Sheet isn't even set up for anything but appointments then waited several more minutes before someone called my name and finished with the specimen transfer and payment. Understand if they want to change the pattern to improve efficiency but large sign and a sign in sheet that reflects other options than appointment times would be beneficial. I love Dr Horn and the techs but the front desk does at times leave much to be desired. It would be nice if they remembered that you are a customer and at least smiled or made some acknowledgement.

Florida Veterinary League is absolutely the best. They go above and beyond when caring and treating your pet. They provide excellent customer service. A particular tech I would like to recognize today is Yashi who assists me with obtaining pet meds for my pets monthly, she is excellent and very caring. Dr Horn is absolutely the best. He always make sure my pets get the absolute best care possible. I will forever be grateful to him. Thanks Dr Horn so very much for all you do for Scooter and Giles..Thanks for checking up on them. Wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving. See you soon.
