The Richmond Hill Team are always a real pleasure to deal with. I have been a client for quite some time, and have appointments just about every 3 weeks. From the front desk staff, right through to Salon Manager Theo, I am always made to feel welcome.
The staff are very personable, go out of their way to engage you in conversation, and provide my son with possibly the "best hot chocolate in the world!" (his words not mine )
Love the appointment reminders and the flexibility of booking...oh and the haircut never lets me down.
Great job everyone! The Salon is in great hands...literally!

Theo is terrific. My hair is weirdly wavy and grows in all different directions, but he somehow manages to give me layers that behave. The cuts always grow out so well too. Great haircuts and a very nice salon, I recommend it.

The level of service and attention to the client have decreased. Upon entering the salon there used to be someone getting the smock out to help you put it on. I no longer have that service it seems. Must be hit and miss now. The person at the front desk is not friendly. The atmosphere has changed and it is just not the same since the departure of Hal and Daisy.

My first visit to the salon for a consultation and update was extremely pleasant. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Evan, the stylist, really took the time to understand my lifestyle needs as regards to the cut. I was also given a brief 'tutorial' on how to use certain products to enhance and change the look. The experience was refreshing and enjoyable!

Great service, but far pricier than I anticipated. A cut and colour ran me about $330, which I wasn't expecting. But other than that, I was very pleased with the outcome of my services.

Thank you for a wonderful experience and attention to detail. My hair dresser gave me a fantastic cut and placed a lot of care and effort into the process. Would definately come again.
