Went to get my blonde roots touched up. I asked for a level 2 stylist, naively hoping that they would know how to work with blonde hair.
Was assigned to LORENA, she was very rude right off the bat, or had a standoffish attitude, to be exact. I explained to her what I wanted to have done and asked if she had any recommendations (forget about a consultation, she spent about a minute talking to me).She applied what I thought was color to my roots, going to wash it off, come back my roots are 3 shades lighter than the rest of it (my hair had yellow tones, she used BLEACH on my roots, it turned out almost green, or ashy as they called it). This created a band of white roots around my whole hair, my hair's also darker at the bottom, so imagine the color difference. She said she needs to tone it for the second time... applied toner to only roots, again. Hair was still green, I looked like a skunk. Talked to assistant manager, she says there's nothing they can do, they can offer me a discount.
I refused to leave the salon until my hair was fixed. Another stylist said she could apply toner to darken the roots, so she did, looked in the mirror when it was done - roots were BROWN.

Fiorio Vaughan provides such great service! The salon staff are always friendly and professional and I have never been kept waiting. Antonio is amazing at what he does and takes his time to ensure you're completely satisified. It's always been a great experience!

I always love my experience at Fiorio! Maria did my colour and she gets it right on everytime! She gives the best scalp massages as well. Stephanie cut and styled my hair. Her hands are GOLD! She always does awesome work with my hair. P.S. The cappuccinos are deliziosi! :)
