Very professional encounter with all staff I've spoken to. Very informative with the repair timeline. Had my car there twice. Each time they've looked at my car they always told me what the problem was and how much it will cost for repair before doing anything. Other places like to do the repairs then tell you the cost later. Would recommend Finzel's for anyone.

Service is good but once I picked up my car, I noticed another problem after leaving. Will have to bring my car back once again. This has happened before. I picked up my car after an oil change, and the day after, the alternator went out. I'm not sure if I just have bad luck!
