Finzel's worked on my 2005 Chrysler Town & Country van having nearly 107000 miles. The engine was producing an intermittent high pitched whine. Steve, the owner, found the original alternator failing and it was replaced. The whine was improved but still occurred intermittently. Steve, continued to pursue the problem and found the original serpentine belt and tension pulley showing wear. After replacing the pulley and belt, the vehicle runs comparable to when I drove it out of the dealer showroom eleven years ago. I am confident that the vehicle has another 100,000 miles left in her. Thanks Steve for your persistence, promptness, and craftsmanship at a reasonable price. See you for the next oil change. Bob

My car is worse than it was when I brought it in. For some reason only one side of the front end was aligned instead of both. Now it sounds like my front driver side tire is going to fall off. Also when I hit the breaks going above 40 the steering wheel shakes back and forth. Neither of which were issues when it was brought in. The only issue it had was vibrating when going 65 or above, which it still does.

Great Customer Service!! Means a lot to be able to leave car in the morning, know it will be serviced or I will receive a phone call if something is found that needs to be to discussed.

I am not satisfied on the service. They let me bring my car Two times for checking my car problem. I had to drop my car for each day at 9:00 am in the morning for them to check it, but they check my car in the afternoon. It is a total waste of my time. On the second the second. They said, they did find the problem on the car and they fix it without letting me know before solving the problem which is rude. At the end, the part that they put on my car didn't solve the issue on the car and their price was very expensive. I am very disappointed I thought they are the best in Terre Haute, but after this problem, I don't recommend anyone to bring their car to the shop.
