Multiple issues getting my trial contacts ordered. It seems that they forgot to order them 2-3 times. But it’s understandable because nobody is perfect. The frustrating thing is how rude the lady at the front desk was. She barely spoke a word to me. I tried to kind and courteous back to her, and only got cold responses. I understand that sometimes people have bad days, but that same lady was rude to me on multiple days. On the other hand, the doctor herself was fantastic! She was nice, courteous, and spent time to teach me on what was going on with my eyes.

Dr. Reid was very thorough in her examination and really listened to the issues I was experiencing. I needed a couple of different eye drops, and not only did she explain each thoroughly, she even wrote down instructions for me to refer to when I got home.
She also led me through picking out new frames. Very reasonable priced, and office staff were helpful and friendly.

I came all the way from Ocala Fl for my appointment! Dr Jamie is the best and the people of Alabama is lucky to have her. The staff is the best around!
