When I bring my truck in to be serviced. they will check every thing and will show me any issues I may have and explain what needs to be done. I recommend an appointment for fast service. .

I moved to New Bern in August 2015 and after my first experience with Family Tire it became my only auto service facility. Pleasant people, nice atmosphere and you the work will be done correctly. I had one experience with a repair that was not quite right, they corrected with no fuss and assured me if I had any problems they would deal with them. I have not had any problem and I appreciate how they do business. I'm a retired business man and I know the importance of good customer relationships.
