Having three vehicles serviced and fitted with tires apparently doesn't rise to the level of a good customer - last set of tires worn out after 20,000 miles - no consideration given for the wear involved! I have spent more than $2000. on tires and related oil changes and various car parts at the store! Family tire and Auto will not get anymore of my hard earned money!

There is always a smiling face to greet at entry. They seem to be trained in customer service which is imperative in such an environment. The waiting room is always clean, as is the rest room.
I have no complaint about anything on this visit.

Excellent sales and services. I really thought they were going to try and sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, but I got just what I needed and at a fair price.
