Eye Styles has gone over and above to satisfy me. The first pair of glasses I got were just prior to an eye surgery...I accidentally broke the frames. Eye Styles replaced the frame and gave me a new pair of lenses based on my eye doctor's new prescription. As it turned out, the prescription given to Eye Styles was incorrect. Eye Styles gave me a third pair of lenses into the second frames. All of this was at no additonal charge.
So I appreciate all they have done to help me and recommend them highly.

Once again, I just have to say how much I like Dr. Shin and this little neighborhood clinic. He's an excellent eye doctor. I would reccommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable eye doctor.

I'm giving them average because the Doc was actually above average. The reception/optician and showroom were another story.
Receptionist never spoke to me, she sat staring at her computer monitor in all her pierced and tattooed glory, we're talking lots of tattoos - and a wardrobe choice that showed them all off. Not sure if it was her or another receptionist but when I made my appointment they asked if I'd ever been there before and I said No I'm new - that would have been a great time to tell me that even though their address is ON woodstock Blvd, their office is NOT. it's tucked back in a stripmall on the far side of Safeway.
The optician and showroom were useless, most of the frames are stored in drawers, there are no visible price tags and when it came to writing up an order for the glasses there's no talk of price or comparison until they start adding up the bill - which for single vision glasses with "middle of the road" frames and transitions - came to over $300 - even WITH insurance. I wont go back - even though the doc was adorable
