As I am very new to Yoga. Only 2 lessons.
I wished some of the terms were explained clearer and not just assumed all participants know them. Most poses can be emulated by observation, but not every term is apparently visible by watching others.
Also, corrections would be appreciated so I understand the proper feel of the basic poses and movements. I doubt I was doing them all correctly.
Otherwise, I truly enjoyed my experience and will be back.

Glad you enjoyed your classes! If you are newer to yoga, make sure to take the Everyone and Gentle classes....there is much more instruction in those classes. The Vinyasa classes are designed for students with more experience, so often there is less instruction.

As I am fairly new to yoga, I was hesitant to join sight unseen. However my first class was last night, and it was wonderful. Gina was a wonderful instructor, and I look forward to attending more classes.

I attended the yoga mixed level class with Mike at the green trails location and he was awesome! Considering it was my first yoga class ever- he gave me detailed instructions of the postures before the class started and then helped me during class session to perfect my postures as well. I loved my experience and will definitely be trying out other classes at yoga west.

I've never done yoga in a class setting- only at home. When I decided to make the leap to a class, I'm so glad I chose Yoga West. Their app makes it convenient to schedule classes, and the 2-week trial membership was perfect to make sure this was the right choice for me. It is a very welcoming and inspiring place! I'm very happy!

Had a wonderful first experience. Always wanted to try but finally stepped in the door. Everyone was great and the instructor was exceptionally helpful and encouraging. I will be back!

When I walked in for the first time I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and a quick tour of the facilities (by Christina). This put me at ease, as a beginner. The class was interactive and the instructor very personable. I really enjoyed it. Two very minor critiques - as a beginner I didn't particularly enjoy the 5 min of free time to do our own poses. I'm sure as I learn the poses that won't be an issue. And towards the end we could hear people talking and laughing in the room next door. Not a huge deal, but a little distracting. Overall a very friendly staff with clean and professional facilities; I enjoyed it and will be back :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the class and the instructor's attention to detail. I felt better for the rest of the day than I have for a lint time!
