A most welcoming, peaceful studio. All the instructors are fine teachers and very knowledgable. The practice is non-judgmental and helps me accept who I am and what I can do in class that truly serves me.
I look forward to each class and always leave feeling better than when I came in.

Dan is a great and knowledgeable instructor. He is perfect for our Wounded Warriors class; he knows how to blend classic yoga information "real world" observations. His classes are healthful, informative, but also fun.
