I have been going to Winking Bee for years and was seeing Dr. Liao at a prior office. Dr. Liao is very thorough and stays current with her field - the equipment stays current as well! She's also very patient and wants the best outcome. I have Keratoconus and has always been difficult to treat as I age. The staff is also friendly and knowledgable and there's little turnover in her staff. The frames they carry turnover constantly and work with Maui Jim and many brands that fit the "asian" bridge.

The front office staff and Dr. Dino were so supportive and answered any questions I had. The optician assisting us was very cold and seemed put off by helping us. They went through my insurance very quickly and seemed annoyed and a bit snide when I had any questions. I felt a bit dumb and didn't feel like I should ask any more questions. It felt very rushed between me and my kids like they really didn't want to be there. My experience last year was so great with everyone along with each of the opticians however this current optician should take a refresher on customer success experience. I hope they start carrying more eyeglass lines.

The optometrist was wonderful. The people at the front desk were very friendly. The young optician was not friendly, not helpful, and had an attitude that was very off putting. I thought I was being sensitive, but my son had the same experience with the optician when he had his contact fitting recently, and my son is a laid back nonjudgmental kid. If it weren’t for the other staff members, I would not come back to this office.

Really impressed by the customer service that was provided by Winking Bee Optometry. I've always been accustomed to not receiving much assistance from staff at other optometric appointments with regard to selecting frames. My daughter wanted something unique, and the staff at Winking Bee went out of their way to offer their opinions on how the frames looked and searched the entire store for frames that fit her "vision." When we finally found "the one" we learned that the frame she wanted was discontinued. Staff took it upon themselves to reach out to their suppliers to find a similar frame. They also called the manufacturer and discovered that the frame she wanted, in the color she wanted, had been discontinued, but they had 3 frames left in the color that she wanted. Success! I never expected such above and beyond customer service! It was a great experience, and we will be loyal clients.

I had an eye irritation and the team at Winking Bee worked me in to the doc’s schedule and she took care of my problem. They have a great team and optometrists who are friendly, professional and get the job done.

Doctors are great and experienced. When ordering my new glasses, support team can be slow looking at insurance details and acted annoyed when asking questions.
