VAS is very professional from the moment you step in, to the moment you step out! I was greeted with a smile, drinks and a tour before I began my appointment. The tour may seem unnecessary to some, but by haveling knowledge of the layout of the salon, knowing “where to go” at the appropriate time (changing room, bathroom, sink station) made for a calm transition. The atmosphere is very beautiful and pleasing to all of your senses! Truly an “experience”!!

I had great experience in the past, but the most recent visit wasn't so well. I had a different hair stylist--she gave me great service and I like the new color she did. However, I had to pay a lot more this time without expecting it. What I booked was highlight, so I was expecting somewhere between 100 and 200. But she charged me $194 for balayage (which I didn't know that's what I had, if I did I would insist to have a highlight), $40+ for gloss (which I still don't know what that is), and $30+ for "fast finish" (which is blowing dry my hair for less than 10 minutes WITHOUT straightening or curling it). So my bill was ended up $270+, plus tips over $300. Btw I didn't get a haircut. And no she is not a higher level stylist than the one I used before. I guess it's partially my fault that I didn't ask about the price, but I assumed since the service are the same, the price should be similar. Definitely felt being ripped off this time.
