My dog has been a patient for 3 years now. We called to get him seen because he had a cut on his paw. The receptionist did not ask for details of the cut and told us they didn’t have any appointments and to go the emergency room. She lacked any concern for his well being or asked if we wanted to schedule a follow up appointment after taking him to the emergency room. Nothing. This speaks volumes when it comes to the care of the animals. If you can’t be caring to the owners concerns, why would I believe you would care for my dog?

I have been with the Vets Animal hospital for years. My experience with them has always been professional and trustworthy. Also they offer wellness plans which can really help with expenses.

Sammy was misdiagnosed on his visit. The doctor refused to see him the day and said I would have to wait two days. Took him to my old vet which will be my new vet. He was in so much pain, he new right away what was wrong, I don't know how he could have ignored Sammy when was suffering. Hopefully I can dispute the overpriced charges. Oh we had bee n seeing him for years. Beware of you love your pets.

I love this clinic every time I go in they have always been very nice and able to answer all my questions, they are very good with my pups. I love this clinic. Although some prices are kind of high the visit and shots are not bad at all
