I brought my puppy to Valley West for a second opinion on a skin condition. He had already been treated at another vet with no success. My puppy has been on the meds from valley west for only a few days and his rash is almost completely gone already. I'm very happy with the results and I really enjoyed our experience there. We will definitely continue to come back with all of our animals.

Coach had a great visit! We were not rushed in and out as Dr. Issac was very patient, answered questions and just took time with us and Coach!!

I got exceptional customer service from the technician working the front desk on my first visit. I had an expensive procedure I needed to have done on one of my dogs....and she gave me excellent advice on how to be able to pay for it. All of the tech's were friendly and smiling. The veterinarian I dealt with first was extremely patient in explaining all of my options ...and I received a personal call from the vet actually performing the procedure on my fur-baby who went over every step and kept me posted throughout the day on her recovery.
I felt my fur-baby was in the best of hands. This was my 2nd visit to this office and I will be bringing my other 3 dogs here for routine shots, checkups, teeth cleaning, nails trimmed and everything else we need. I feel so bad I can't remember everyone's names, but all of the folks who helped me went above and beyond to not only make me feel welcome and comfortable, but gave the same attention to my Cutie puppy too.
