They were very busy but fit me in. Since it was going to take a while Frank had someone take me home and pick me up when done. Frank and the rest are always very courteous and always try and save me money.

As a DIY'er, it's easy to say, car troubles aren't as difficult to deal with for me than most. However, there are times that my vehicles have left me stranded and on the side of the road. For me that's when I get the most frustrated about having not taken my car in to Tuffy's. This week my jeep broke down and when the tow truck got there, I had him take it straight to Tuffy's. John and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and had me ready to go the next next day. It pays to know I can trust in knowing that I am taken care of like family at Tuffy's. Thanks John, Brian, and Tuffy's for being there when I need you.
