Always a great experience, the staff is incredible! Very welcoming towards patients and they go out of their way to make the animals feel as comfortable as possible, couldn't say enough positive things about Toro Park Animal Hospital!

We had some concerns that were not addressed. We paid for the exam and rabies shot and we might as well had just done the rabies shot only since the issues we had were not addressed.

Our first experience at Toro Park Animal Hospital was fantastic! We were seen within a reasonable time, the vet tech and Dr. took their time with Bear, and were so kind. I really felt like they cared for my dog and will certainly be back!

A couple of years ago, we paid to put our dog, Daphne, on a program that included regular notifications from your hospital about upcoming vaccinations and other periodic treatments. We never heard anything again so I called about six months ago and was told notifications had been sent to me via email. However, the email address is not the one I provided when I first brought Daphne in and was, in fact, outdated by aboutt eight years. I provided my correct email and was advised that you would be in touch when addtional vaccinations were required. I waited and again heard nothing. So I called in and made an appointment. I was told at that time that you still were using my outdated email. during the examination of Daphne, the veterinarian said her chart indicated, incorrectly that she had not been spayed. There also was no indication of a microchip, though she does have one. Long story short, you need to strengthen your recordkeeping.

I was so impressed that i was able to get in for an appointment the same day and found the staff and doctor to be very helpful and compassionate towards my pet and my family. I would highly recommend them for all your pet care needs!
